Final data was synthesised to generate a single consultant persona
Presented the persona to national practice management team

The 2nd session included opportunity for participants to influence priorities
Final persona was socialised with the attendees, feedback collected and iterated until consensus

Lessons learnt
This project made me very aware of the sensitivity to employee experience related polling.
