In order to meet the delivery deadline I time boxed a week for discovery and week for design and presentation development
Started by mapping the consultants journey prior, during and post client engagement
Viewed and analysed over 20 hours of consultant training video content
Developed a deck and presented it to the Australian practice management team
Validation processes
Generated a journey map that was socialised with consultants and iterated until consensus
Inputs were gathered from business management stakeholders and incorporated into the final design
